Sailing and Power boating at CMC Pensarn Harbour

CMC Pensarn Harbour is now a recognised training centre under the auspecies of the Royal Yacht Association.

We are able to offer the following courses:

• Catamaran Sailing
• Dinghy Level 1 - Start Sailing
• Dinghy Level 2 - Basic Skills
• Youth Sailing Scheme - start sailing level 1
• Youth Sailing Scheme - start sailing level 2
• Youth Sailing Scheme - start sailing level 3
• Power Boat Level 1
• Power Boat Level 2
• Safety Boat Course

We can offer sailing as part of a multi-activity course or if you wish as a course in it's own right. We have a number of different craft including.                                                                     

2 x Laser Dart 16 Catamarans

6 x Laser Fun boats

1 x Laser Bahia

3 x Topper Single handers

1 x Avon 5.4m Searider rigid inflatable

2 x Rigiflex 3.6m powerboats

Sailing sessions are obviously weather dependent and will take place around the tide. This will require you to be a little flexible in meal times and start and finish times. Unfortunately, due to the tidal nature of Pensarn Harbour, sailing will not be practical for a few weeks in the year.
