We have just introduced Stand up Paddleboarding to our list of activities we can provide.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), or in the Hawaiian language Hoe he'e nalu, is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage.

Sailing and Power boating at CMC Pensarn Harbour

CMC Pensarn Harbour is now a recognised training centre under the auspecies of the Royal Yacht Association.

Kayaking

Kayak Sport at CMC Pensarn Harbour

New Sit-on-kayak fleet for 2009.  We are now using RTM Mambo sit on kayaks as our introductory craft.  Closed cockpit kayaks, sea kayaks, surf sticks and open canoes are also available to be used.

Open CanoeingOpen Canoe

Open Canoe Sessions at CMC Pensarn Harbour

Open canoes, with 2-3 people in each boat, mean that teamwork and communication are essential to make the boat go where you want it to. Canoeing takes place in the harbour, and the session might involve a journey to explore the area, playing games, learning and practicing canoeing skills, trust games and/or getting very wet.

Raft BuildingRafting

Building rafts and teamwork at CMC Pensarn Harbour

We start off dry, giving each group some barrels, poles, and a handful of ropes.

Gorge WalkingGorge Walk

About as much fun and adventure as you can have - we love it!

Possibly our most popular activity. We kit you up with wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, and go for an adventure in the nearby Afon (river) Nantcol, where the water flows down through a beautiful gorge, over small waterfalls and around rocks.
